Our client is a Top 5 Main Contractor that is expanding all the time and is now seeking a talented & experienced Contracts Manager for Cork region for some high profile projects in Pharma/Healthcare/Educational/ Hospitality/Data Centres
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contractual measures are managed and can drive the business in the Munster region and continue building relationships with existing clients and also new clients.
This is an excellent Contracts Manager role which will suit someone who is very commercially astute and can build a strong construction team and represent the company in the Munster regions in a variety of pharma, commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare building projects.
