Parsons Corporation August 16, 2022 - Present  Performing as the Client representative and leading the planning, design, and execution of all MEP systems during the program execution.  Coordinating and assuring with engineering team on time completion and implementation of engineering deliverables and submittals reviews and all engineering concerns throughout the project cycle.  Negotiating changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.  Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.  Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.  Overseeing establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.  Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.  Ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.  Accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
