About me
Throughout my career, it has been passion for what I do that has helped me build my
expertise and shape my leadership style. The blend of experience, ranging from high-volume
recruitment campaigns to highly specialized niche sectors, IT and finance in particular, and
executive hiring proves particularly useful in today’s demanding and rapidly evolving
recruitment landscape. HR management is another area of my expertise, as I had a chance to
manage different aspects of it during my time at BBH and PeopleScout. All in all, I am a
pragmatic and empathetic leader who builds a work culture where people can thrive and
achieve great things. Having held several global roles and also lived abroad, I have developed
strong collaboration skills and navigate well across complex structures and projects.
