- Lead and manage the maintenance of critical static and rotating equipment including boilers, heat exchangers, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, compressors, gearboxes, blowers, reactors, etc.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment reliability and plant uptime.
- Manage and coordinate shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
- Establish maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance and cost control.
- Develop maintenance budgets, control expenses, and justify capital expenditure (CAPEX) for major repairs or replacements.
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions (RCA) and failure investigations for recurring or critical equipment breakdowns.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement planning, and vendor coordination to ensure material availability.
- Prepare, review, and submit maintenance reports and improvement proposals to senior management
