Quantity Surveyor (Mech & Elec)

Our client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor who delivers high value projects on time, under budget and to a very high standard and have some major clients & projects in the pipeline.

They are currently seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor for the Dublin or Leinster region for immediate start to work on a large scale project

Requirements

• Positions available on a variety of Mechanical and Electrical projects including large scale commercial, industrial, pharma, healthcare and data centre
• Relevant third level qualification essential – Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics
• Trade background would be advantageous
• Minimum 1+ years experience post qualification
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team
• Excellent IT Skills essential
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential; and
• Salary will be in line with qualifications and experience
• Facility to gain chartered status available in-house
